Our child-centred nurturing approach is delivered in a carefully planned and stimulating environment, which inspires children to take their first steps in a lifelong learning journey. Children are supported to become independent, resilient problem solvers by learning new skills and developing their knowledge. Our pedagogy blends our beliefs about theorists with our understanding of how children learn and develop across all areas of learning as we implement the EYFS. We value the importance of children’s right to play through imaginative, awe-inspiring and investigative play. Through scaffolding and high-quality interactions, we provide children with learning opportunities that enhance their development and help them reach their full unique potential. Our carefully planned, stimulating and ambitious continuous provision offers an enabling environment with resources that develop key learning attributes and first-hand experiences, which children can revisit over time. Ensuring that each individual child feels safe and secure is our main priority. Every child, their family and each staff member is valued. We believe in the importance of partnership working through a culture of listening and communication, enabling everyone to achieve their true potential.
